If the public disapproves of the democratic congress, why are they voting more dems in?

Republicans love to cite the low approval ratings of the dem congress. Yet they seem to ignore the fact that the public is angry that the dems are not implementing the democratic policies they elected them to implement.
If the public really had such a low approval of the dems, they wouldn’t be planning on electing them in droves this time around right?
That’s how rational people think. I’ll let the republicans answer for themselves, it’s much more entertaining to read their own words.

Aside from the fact that Pelosi is an idiot, the Democratic congress has not been able to get anything done because Bush has threatened to veto anything they pass that he doesn’t agree with. If they don’t have enough votes to overturn the veto, their hands are tied.

Most of the voting public understands Republican obstructionism and Bush’s sudden discovery of his veto pen at the beginning of 2007.
The voters want people in Congress who will actually represent their interests and with enough of a party majority to actually get things done. That would be the Democrats.

Unfortunately, most people are working to secure a decent place in society for their families and themselves, and so they don’t have a lot of time to spend getting their information. Therefore, they have to rely on the media. They trust in that what is reported as ‘news’ is just that, but the journalists were trained in colleges that promote a liberal view of the world and are advised that they are the mouthpieces of justice for the common good (which – in the mind of college professors is socialism and the downfall of the United States as a military power in the world).
The reason that the media claims that Democrats are the solution ‘in the mind of the American people’ is because they have carried out the mission and converted enough of those trusting in them for ‘opinions’ that the citizens believe them to be their own. Saul Alinsky, Stalin, and Marx would be proud. They predicted this long ago, and advised precisely how to accomplish it, which was followed to a ‘t’. It is on the verge of completion, and if Democrats win both houses of congress with filibuster-proof majorities and are successful at installing Obama as leader of the revolution, it will have worked.
Witness history in the making; the toppling of the United States of America from forces within the castle walls. For what no country in the world could have done militarily has been achieved by infiltration of our enemies – the International Liberal Movement. Welcome to the New World Order; most of the crackpots thought it was a Republican and Neo-Con Scheme.
