Congress and Senate on YouTube… pft! Off to a great start with disabling comments. Although, as of Jan 17 you restored comments without approval you have still not allowed video replies without approval.
I guess it’s pretty embarrassing seeing comments that reveal the truth about how We The People feel about you, isn’t it? It’s never been so public, has it? Polls don’t quite tell the whole story like We The People do straight up, with NO SPIN!
You suggested we check out the individual members of Congress’ videos- NEWSFLASH GovHub– we’ve already been doing that and we like what Dr. Ron Paul has had to say!

Totally agree,things are like night and day from say thirty years ago,and even then Washington was full of crooks.Alot of the blame is on us,I dont think the average citizen knows the power we have over the government,we are a force to be reckend with,like with guns,obohma had gun control plans,until he seen Americans heading for the gunshops just before he was elected,and our actions stopped his plans before he could get into office,we scared them to put it simply.

@pidner I am absolutely FOR term limits… these lifetime careers in politics are insanely antithetical to We the People who created a limited fed gov. It would astonish the average american to how little jurisdiction congress has over the lives of citizens.
No, diebold and systems like it have been as usurped as our education system has been by non-profit foundations.
Sadly, I believe that America as we knew it, when I was a child, is long gone and possibly irretrievable.

Yes, I saw Wag the Dog but it’s been years.
Special interests, corporations are abstract, meaning they not human beings, they have no rights.
Education is key but sadly the education system was usurped generations ago. Check out the interview of Norman Dodd (see playlisted on my vlog). What’s left are remnants and memories, barely even rumors of sovereignty and what it meant. They want us to forget. We have to educate ourselves and pass the proof on to those with ears to hear.

I sometimes wonder about those “minority rights” however. You did see Wag the Dog with Dustin Hoffman – and “special interests / corporations” are minorities too right? Where are “We the people” to draw the line in the sand pray tell?

It’s too bad I was so angry but… glad you took something useful from it. Thank you for supporting freedom and our constitutional republic, truth in the media and free markets (not fascism).
Google justifies what it’s doing on YT because none of us pay to use the service BUT it’s home spun vids that made the site what it is, not the Oprahs of the world. So YT will be remade into TheirTube. Similarly ‘We The People’ will be made into ‘Our People’. Sad but true, if we don’t act wisely.

This may shock you but… I hope the majority won’t prevail, as our country was built on laws, not men. In a republic the single individual is sovereign regardless of how badly the majority wants to strip him of it.
The original revolution had a mere 3% of the population behind it. The majority wanted no trouble with the king.
