3. ALLOW GOVT’ TO NEGOTIATE DRUG PRICES. Promised 1/31/08. > Both bills forbid negotiation.
4. ALLOW DRUG IMPORTATION. Promised repeatedly. > Secret deal with Big Pharma forbids all importation.
